What Agrii means to me

For me, the Agrii is an opportunity to tell the market that the changes we have made over the last 5 years have already reached a new level, and this level allows us to be proud of them. Our task is to make the effective decisions quickly using the digital tools; to respond quickly to the agronomic challenges and threats faced by our customers; quickly resolve all issues related to the business with the customers, thanks to the CRM platform, which will soon become an integral part of our business.

An everyday work – both small steps and significant decisions – to demonstrate that we are innovative, expert, create value for the customers, are a good place to work and take care of our employees.

The Agrii is a bright expectation for me. This is a new step to which our company has gone for many years of existence and development in the agricultural business market of Ukraine. Now we have a unique opportunity to combine our knowledge and experience with the achievements of the foreign colleagues, and become a single international brand. This is an interesting challenge, and it requires each of us to be open to sharing experiences and working closely together. We have raised the bar and strive for business results that surpass previous ones, both in growing crops and in the level of the service.

For me, the Agrii is about intelligence and innovation. The Agrii combines the innovative solutions based on advanced research and development, which give our customers the opportunity to look to the future with the Agrii, their reliable partner.

For me, any changes are new opportunities. The present is full of the challenges, so we must be flexible and courageous in our actions and decisions. It is nice to know that you work in such a company. A company that cares about the brand, its actualization to the market trends, tries to make it more interesting, informative and accessible, attractive and modern. The main thing is to remember that our brand is our attitude to the customer, impressions and associations that arise when he / she is mentioned. We have changed the brand – let's change ourselves.

For me, the Agrii is a continuation of the sustainable development of the “Agroscope International” – in the family of a large international company. It is an opportunity to be part of an international team and share your experience, skills, inspiration, achievements and accomplishments with all colleagues who are united under the Agrii’s brand in the different countries. An international recognition and involvement at the Agrii will encourage us to be even more proactive, set ambitious goals and achieve them together!

In 2016, we launched the “Agrii Polska” brand and achieved recognition as a reliable partner in the supplier market. Joining of the Agroscope company will significantly strengthen Agrii's reputation and market position and will help to create the best technology for the Agrii's partner farmers. As CEO of the Origin Continental Europe companies, I have no doubt that the Agrii brand will help your further business development.
 

I had a great honor to witness the entry of the Agrii brand into the Ukrainian market. We hope this will provide the best product portfolio for the entire Agrii sales team.
